  • Products can be returned within 7–10 days of delivery, depending on the category.
  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags/packaging intact.
  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order ID) is required to process the return.

2. Category-wise Return Policies

Clothing & Accessories
  • Eligible for return within 7 days of delivery.
  • Must be unworn and unwashed.
  • Hygiene-sensitive items like innerwear, socks, and custom-stitched products are non-returnable.
Electronics & Gadgets
  • Can be returned within 10 days of delivery if found defective or damaged.
  • Must include all original accessories, manuals, and warranty cards.
  • Functional issues will be verified before approval.
Home & Kitchen Products
  • Return window: 7 days.
  • Items must be unused and undamaged.
  • Certain fragile items may require inspection before approval.
Beauty & Personal Care
  • Returns accepted only for damaged, expired, or incorrect items.
  • Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

3. Refunds & Replacements
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after product inspection.
  • Customers can choose between a replacement or refund, based on stock availability.
  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method or wallet.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Some products are not eligible for return due to safety, hygiene, or legal reasons, such as:

  • Perishable goods (food, beverages, supplements).
  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Gift cards and digital products.

5. Easy Return Process
  1. Go to My Orders in your OrderzUp account.
  2. Select the item you wish to return and choose a reason.
  3. Schedule a pickup or drop-off at a designated courier center.
  4. Track your return status in real-time.
