Updating Your Profile Information

Keeping your profile information up to date is essential for smooth order processing, delivery communication, and account security. Whether you’re a D2C brand, logistics partner, or team member using the OrderzUp platform, this guide walks you through updating your name, email, and contact details efficiently.


Who Can Update Profile Information?

All authorized OrderzUp users with access to the web dashboard can update their profile. This includes:

  • Brand owners and managers
  • Fulfillment or logistics team members
  • Account administrators

Ensure you have the right permissions if you’re part of a larger team.


Steps to Update Name, Email & Contact Details

  1. Log in to Your OrderzUp Account
    Visit the OrderzUp portal and sign in using your credentials.
  2. Go to Profile or Account Settings
    Click on your profile picture or name (usually top-right corner) and select “Account Settings” or “Profile” from the dropdown.
  3. Update Your Name
    Locate the Name field, click “Edit”, and enter your correct full name.
  4. Update Email Address
    In the Email field, replace the old email with your new one.
    • You may be required to verify this change by clicking a link sent to your new email.
  5. Update Contact Number
    Enter your new phone number in the Contact/Phone field.
    • If needed, verify the number via an OTP or SMS code.
  6. Save Your Changes
    Click the “Save” or “Update Profile” button.
    • You may be asked to enter your current password as a security measure.
  7. Verify Changes (if prompted)
    • Check your inbox and/or phone for verification links or codes to complete the update.

Security & Verification Measures

  • Email Verification: Required when changing your email address.
  • Phone OTP: A one-time password may be sent to confirm mobile number changes.
  • Password Re-entry: For sensitive updates, you may be asked to re-enter your password to authorize the changes.
  • Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): Enable 2FA for enhanced security, if supported.

  • Always use your real, full name – especially important for delivery and support interactions.
  • Keep your email and phone number current to receive updates, tracking alerts, and security notifications.
  • Avoid typos. Double-check before saving your details.
  • If you operate across platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce), try to keep profile details consistent.
  • Review and update your profile regularly, especially if your business contact info changes.
